FIELD: nanotechnologies; medicine; food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry, specifically to a method of producing nanocapsules of vitamin PP in sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. Method is characterized by that the coating used is sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and the core is a PP vitamin, with a core to shell weight ratio of 1:3, or 1:1, or 1:2, wherein the vitamin is added to a suspension of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in isoheptane in the presence of preparation E472c as a surfactant while stirring at 700 rpm, then, added is chladone-112, obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: disclosed method enables to obtain nanocapsules of vitamin PP using a simple technique.
