SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, particularly to a method of producing nanocapsules, and describes a method of producing nanocapsules of vitamin PP in a kappa-carrageenan shell. Method is characterized by that vitamin PP is added to a suspension of kappa-carrageenan in isopropanol in the presence of preparation E472c as a surfactant while stirring at 800 rpm, cyclohexane is added, the obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, the core to shell weight ratio is 1:3, or 1:1, or 1:2.
EFFECT: method provides a simplification and acceleration of the process of producing nanocapsules, a reduction in losses in the preparation of nanocapsules and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
