SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing nanocapsules of vitamin PP in guar gum. Method is characterized by that vitamin PP is added to a suspension of guar gum in butanol in the presence of a surfactant in form of a preparation E472c, while stirring at 800 rpm, followed by addition of chladone-113. Produced suspension is filtered and dried at the room temperature. Guar gum is used as a shell, and as a nucleus – vitamin PP, with a weight ratio of core : shell 1:3, or 1:1, or 1:2.
EFFECT: method simplifies the process of producing nanocapsules of PP, and also reduces losses when producing nanocapsules.
