FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, in particular, to an osteoplastic composition for remodelling the periimplant zone of the mandibular bone. The proposed composition for remodelling the periimplant zone of the mandibular bone comprises natural bone replacement components: bone collagen and sulphated glycosaminoglycans, as well as a mixture of synthetic bone minerals: synthetic hydroxyapatite β-tricalcium phosphate with the addition of a mixture of high molecular weight hyaluronic acid "Revident+", a complex bacteriophage preparation "Phagodent", and a 1% organic silicon preparation, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: synthetic hydroxyapatite - 25, β-tricalcium phosphate - 15, sulphated glycosaminoglycans - 10, bone collagen - 10, high molecular weight hyaluronic acid "Revident+" - 15, complex bacteriophage preparation "Phagodent" - 15, 1% organic silicon preparation 10.
EFFECT: composition has a pronounced regenerative potential in combination with anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, the results of the conducted studies provide the possibility of recommending the proposed osteoplastic composition for surgical treatment of periimplantitis in the practice of an implant surgeon.
