FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to forced leg movement devices. Proposed device comprises movable knee supports, movable shin supports, thigh thrust (8), shin thrust (13), crank gear and shin lever (16). Movable knee supports and movable shin supports each have fastening platform (2,3) with projections, between which there is axis (4,9) with plain bearing (5,11), made with possibility of free movement along axis. Between upper projection and sliding bearing compression spring (6, 10) is inserted. Upper part of the thigh thrust is rigidly fixed, and the lower part is rigidly fixed via knee support distancer (7) with the sliding bearing of the knee support. Upper part of shin thrust is connected to lower part of hip traction, and its lower part has fixed connection through distancer (12) of shin support with sliding bearing of the shin support, and is also connected to lever of foot pressing. Crank gear includes long lever (15) and short lever (14) are connected each other. First end of the shin lever is connected to the first end of the long lever of the crank gear, and the second end is connected to the lower part of the shin thrust. Second end of the long lever of the crank gear is connected to the lower part of the thigh thrust. Distancer of knee support and foot press lever are made in the form of telescopic joints with mechanism of length variation. Said distancer has L-shape and is configured to change the length in the longitudinal and transverse directions.

EFFECT: improved clinical walking biomechanics is achieved.
