Abstract RU 2753801 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. The orthesis system contains a support base, a main stand, a chest support, a telescopic chest support splint, a pelvic support, a telescopic pelvic support splint, a T-shaped arm lever, a leg extension unit, a hand pull with handles, thigh splints, shin splints, telescopic shin extension splints with telescopic extension splint in width, telescopic foot extension splint in width, knee fixation stops, platforms for installing feet. The support base consists of two rectangular pipes connected to each other at 90 degrees by the same pipes at a distance from each other and offset from the center of the main pipes. The main stand is fixed on the base at 75 degrees and is made of two telescopic pipes of rectangular cross-section, while one pipe enters the other and is connected by a screw connection, providing length changes. The T-shaped lever for the hands is made in the form of a circular pipe. To the lower part of the outer pipe of the main stand, a telescopic traction splint is fixed on a hinge assembly in the form of two square-section pipes, in which one enters the other and is fixed by a stopper with a screw connection. A T-shaped arm lever is fixed perpendicular to the inner tube of the traction splint. A spring is fixed on the traction splint above the hinge assembly on one side and to the lower part of the outer tube of the main stand on the other side to return the T-shaped arm lever to its original position. The leg extension unit is equipped with two locking elements of a screw connection, which is fixed to the upper part of the outer pipe of the main stand. Thigh splints are telescopic, they are square-section pipes that fit into each other and are fixed with a lock with a threaded connection. From the leg extension unit at 90 degrees relative to the main stand, a crossbar is mounted on hinges on the left and right. The lower ends of the crossbar are fixed by means of a swivel joint to the leg extension node, and the upper ones are also fixed by means of a hinge joint to the two thigh splints. The manual traction has telescopic horizontal splints, vertical splints and handles. Two jumpers in the form of two pipes connected at 90 degrees are fixed to the lower part of the outer pipe of the thigh splints, to which two rods in the form of gaslifts are fixed on a hinged joint, which are fixed to two runners in the form of square-section pipes, on which telescopic horizontal manual traction splints of a smaller cross-section are put on and can move along them or be fixed with screw connection stoppers. Some ends of the horizontal manual traction splints are fixed to the upper hinge elements of the thigh splints, and two vertical manual traction splints are mounted at the other ends. The handles are mounted to the upper edges of the vertical splints located perpendicular to the main pipes of the support base. To the lower part of the outer tube of the thigh splint, the thigh splint rods are mounted, which are fixed on the hinge joint to the synchronizer, which is fixed to the main stand at 90 degrees relative to the front view on the hinge joint and is equipped with a screw connection stopper. The lower ends of the thigh splints are connected by means of a hinge joint with the upper parts of the shin splints. Telescopic forward extension splints are fixed to the upper parts of the shin splint. From below, at 90 degrees relative to the top view, telescopic wide extension splints are mounted on the loose edge of the forward extension splint, and on the other ends of the wide extension splints, stoppers for fixing the knees are mounted at 90 degrees relative to the front view, and the latter are in the form of plates bent in a semicircle from above, and are equipped with sealing elements and fixing belts equipped with buckles or velcros. Telescopic splints for extending the foot in width are fixed to the lower parts of the shin splints at 90 degrees relative to the front view. Platforms for installing the feet are fixed to the loose ends of the foot extension splints in width, and the latter are a plate in the form of a shoe insole equipped with an element that wraps around the heel of a person and two elements of lateral fixation. Sealing elements in the form of insoles are installed inside the platforms for installing feet. A telescopic pelvic stop splint is installed to the upper part of the base of the stand under the hinge joint of the leg extension parallel to the shin splints of the forward extension, a pelvic stop is installed to the loose part of the pelvic stop splint, the latter is a plate with the corners removed from the bottom with a seal, to the left and right of which a fixation belt is attached, equipped with buckles or velcros. To the upper part of the base of the stand, two vertical telescopic chest support splints are fixed perpendicular to the main pipes of the support base, which are square-section pipes that enter each other and are fixed with a lock with a threaded connection at the upper end connected together at an angle of 90 degrees by the same square-section pipe, to which a horizontal telescopic chest support splint is mounted on one side at an angle of 90 degrees parallel to the main pipes of the support base. On the other side of the horizontal telescopic splint of the chest stop, the chest stop is installed perpendicular, the latter is presented in the form of a rectangular plate with rounded corners with a seal, to the left and right of which a fixation belt is attached, equipped with buckles or velcros.

EFFECT: invention provides an extension of functionality, since functions are added that simulate natural walking, flexion and extension of the trunk in the lumbar region of the patient in his vertical position.
