SUBSTANCE: obtaining a first sequence for encoding K bits to be encoded, which includes sequence numbers of N polarized channels, which are arranged in first sequence based on reliability of N polarized channels, K is a positive integer, N is the base code length of the polar code, N is a positive integer power of 2, and K≤N; selection of serial numbers of K polarized channels from the first sequence in descending order of reliability; and arranging bits to be encoded based on selected serial numbers K of polarized channels and performing encoding with a polar code over bits to be encoded.
EFFECT: high transmission reliability in polarized channels when encoded with a polar code.
