SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coding means. Method comprises performing CRC encoding A information bits to be encoded to obtain a first bit sequence, where the first bit sequence includes L CRC bits and A information bits to be encoded. Performing the interleaving operation on the first bit sequence to obtain a second bit sequence, where the first interleaving sequence, used for interleaving operation is obtained based on system-maintained sequence of interleaving maximum length and given rule, and length of first sequence of interleaving is equal to A + L; or second interleaving sequence used for interleaving operation, is an interleaving sequence of maximum length, the length of the second interleaving sequence is Kmax + L, and Kmax is the maximum number of information bits corresponding to a sequence of interleaving maximum length. Polar coding of the second bit sequence is performed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improved efficiency of coding.
