SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for encoding data. Sequence of LDPC codewords is obtained by encoding with LDPC with respect to the information packet bit sequence. Size of a one-dimensional circular buffer of finite length is determined according to a sequence of LDPC codewords. Redundancy version value is selected from a plurality of predetermined redundancy version values. Determining an initial position for reading a bit sequence to be transmitted in a one-dimensional circular buffer of finite length according to a selected redundancy version value, a lifting size and a full number of columns of the matrix of the base graph. Size of the uplift describes the size of the basic matrix of permutations or the zero square matrix. Bit sequence to be transmitted is generated by sequentially reading data bits with a specific length from the initial position, wherein the data bits are based on the LDPC codeword sequence. Bit sequence to be transmitted is sent.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improved efficiency of coding.
