FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to repair kits for recovery of brake shoes of drum brakes of trucks and other machines. Repair kit includes metal rivets and four brake pads, each of which is made with concave (surface for contact with metal shoe) and convex (working) surfaces, as well as rows of holes for rivets. Repair kit feature is that concave and convex surfaces of brake pads are made rough with certain configuration and arrangement of protrusions and recesses; at that, unevennesses of concave and convex surfaces of brake pads are made with matching in height.

EFFECT: execution of concave and convex surfaces of brake pads of repair set with rough with declared configuration, location and size of surface irregularities facilitates selection of abrasive tool and simplifies production process, which finally reduces the possibility of crack formation in straps due to possible shift of pads on surface of shoe during shoe operation.
