FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely, to repair kits for recovery of brake shoes of drum brakes of trucks and other machines. Repair kit includes four brake pads, each of which is made with concave (surface for contact with metal shoe) and convex (working) surfaces, as well as with rows of holes for rivets. Repair set feature is that concave and convex surfaces of brake pads are made rough with certain configuration and arrangement of protrusions and recesses; at that, unevennesses of concave and convex surfaces of brake pads are made with matching in height.

EFFECT: performance of concave and convex surfaces of brake pads of repair set with roughness with declared configuration, arrangement and dimensions of surface irregularities facilitates selection of abrasive tool and simplifies production process, that as a result reduces possibility of cracks formation in pads due to possible shift of pads over shoe surface during shoe operation.
