SUBSTANCE: method of intensifying the vital activity of tomato seedlings with a lack of illumination in winter is characterized by the fact that it includes the use of LEDs on aluminium plateaus, each row of which is automatically switched on depending on the current natural illumination of plants, with two modes of supplementary illumination and with different wavelengths of radiation: red radiation with a wavelength of 660 nm from 6:00 to 10:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00 - to accelerate growth, development and flowering and blue radiation with a wavelength of 440 nm from 10:00 to 18: 00 - to activate the development of the vegetative stage of plant growth, the development of the root system.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to automate the main processes in growing seedlings.
