FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention is generally aimed at dynamic loading of coke furnaces with heat recovery associated with operation and production of coke plants, and using coal loading systems. System comprises: a coke furnace comprising a machine side hole, a coke side opening opposite the machine side opening, opposite side walls and bottom of furnace, loading bar having near end part, far end part and opposite sides defining length of loading bar, movable, a locking mechanism configured to hold the loading bar in the initial loading position, a conveyor system, functionally connected to loading rod and configured to load coal into furnace, and control system connected to loading bar, wherein said system is configured to automatically move the loading bar at least along the length of the furnace between the machine side opening and the coke side opening so that said movement is determined at least partially by pressure of chain, tested by conveyor system, wherein said system is further configured to maintain the working pressure of the circuit within a predetermined operating range.

EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the rate of coal treatment in coke ovens.
