METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR OPTIMIZING OPERATION AND PRODUCTIVITY OF COKE AND CHEMICALS PLANT Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C10B31/00

Abstract RU 2644467 C1

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises the stages of placing a coal loading system having an elongated loading frame and a loading head configured to be connected to the distal end portion of the elongated loading frame at least partially within a coke oven having a maximum coal loading capacity and a maximum coking time, associated with the maximum coal inflow; loading the coal into the coke oven using the coal loading system in such a way that the first coal operating load is formed, which is less than the maximum coal loading capacity; coking the first coal operating load in the coke oven until it is converted to the first coke layer, but during the first coking time which is less than the maximum coking time; ejecting the first layer of coke from the coke oven; loading the coal into the coke oven using the coal loading system in such a way that the second coal operating load is formed which is smaller than the maximum coal loading capacity; coking the second coal operating load in the coke oven until it is converted to the second coke layer, but during the second coking time which is less than the maximum coking time; and ejecting the second coke layer from the coke oven; wherein the sum of the first coal operating load and the second coal operational load exceeds the weight of the maximum coal loading capacity; the sum of the first coking time and the second coking time is less than the maximum coking time. The present technology is applicable to methods for coking relatively small coal loads during relatively short periods of time.

EFFECT: higher coal processing efficiency.
