FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in determination of corrosion-mechanical characteristics of metal materials and for evaluation of efficiency of hardening technologies of forest complex equipment. Device consists of a personal computer, a digital serial potentiostat, a three-electrode electrochemical cell for placing the test sample, counter samples, working medium, auxiliary electrode and comparison electrode connected to the measuring and measuring system. Test sample is fixed and is a working electrode. Control sample has the possibility of rotation and loading. Digital serial potentiostat is designed on the basis of operational amplifier with control from built-in microprocessor with output to personal computer, it is possible to set and fix in process of tests forces of anode and cathode current, stationary potential and polarization resistance of three-electrode electrochemical cell.

EFFECT: possibility of simulating real operating conditions with development of information on wear of materials in a specific situation.
