FIELD: ceramics.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a molding element for pressing ceramic articles. Pressing device comprises lower punch (10), u s have pressing surface (10a) facing upwards, upper punch (11) having pressing surface (11a) facing downwards, first movable belt and second movable belt. At that, at least one of said two punches is made with possibility to move in direction of the other puncheon and from it to perform pressing of layer (L) of ceramic material. First movable belt (2) has working part (3) located at least partially between upper puncheon (11) and lower puncheon (10). Second movable belt (4) has working part (5) located at least partially between the first movable belt (2) and upper puncheon (11). Device comprises shaped profile (6) which at least partially limits the pressing chamber and is connected in a protruding manner to lower puncheon (10) or to upper puncheon (11) with possibility of disconnection. During the pressing step, shaped profile (6) provides for a greater compaction of the material (L) in the zone (Lb) located under profile (6).
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of time for change of shape and dimensions of pressed items.
