FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: electrically conducting part is made in the form of a spring or torsion for cars. Electrically conductive part comprises surface with coating 7. Coating is made from melted and hardened coating product of powder composition. Coating is single-layered, has porous structure and thickness of more than 150 mcm. Porous structure contains pores with average diameter exceeding 5 mcm. Method includes stages of coating application on surface of electroconductive part. Application of the coating is disclosed as a corrosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant protective coating for surfaces of electroconductive parts.
EFFECT: higher strength, corrosion resistance and ability to absorb energy.
