Result is achieved due to that resources of communication system are divided into resource elements. Transmitter is configured to transmit an additional telegram by disconnection of a telegram to a plurality of data packets, wherein each of the data packets is shorter than the telegram, and transmitting each of the data packets in one of the resource elements, respectively.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption, high spectral efficiency of communication system, operation in accordance with communication standard.
