SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mobile communication system and is intended for simultaneous communication of multiple ACK/NACK bits and periodic channel state reports. Mobile terminal then determines that the number of ACK/NACK bits of the hybrid ARQ is less than the threshold number or is equal to it, wherein the number of ACK/NACK bits of the hybrid ARQ represents the number of ACK/NACK bits after grouping the ACK/NACK. Mobile terminal then transmits both channel state information and ACK/NACK bits of the hybrid ARQ after grouping the physical control channel resources of the first uplink subframe to a single carrier in response to determining that the number of ACK/NACK bits of the hybrid ARQ for transmission in the first an uplink subframe is less than or equal to a threshold number.
EFFECT: invention specifically discloses a mobile terminal which determines for a first uplink subframe that channel state information and hybrid ARQ ACK/NACK bits corresponding to a plurality of downlink carriers are scheduled for transmission.
