FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of rigging stands for testing pipelines for fatigue strength, namely devices for fixing pipelines on a vibration stand, in particular pipelines of turbomachines. The device contains a housing with an annular flange. The outer side surface of the housing is made in the form of a polyhedron with an even number of faces, on each face of which holes are made. On at least one of the specified faces, a pipeline fitting is installed in the hole by means of a detachable connection. The housing is made in the form of a cup, the bottom of which is located on the opposite side from the annular flange. The device additionally contains an annular seal and a cover, the size of which is larger than the diameter of the annular flange. In the hole on the opposite side of the cup from the pipeline attachment fitting, a fitting for supplying cooling air into the cup cavity is additionally installed. A blind axial hole is made in the pipeline attachment fitting from the side of the cup cavity and through holes are made from the side of the pipeline attachment fitting to the blind axial hole, in addition, sealed plugs are installed in the remaining holes of the housing faces. The lid is located between the housing and the vibration stand and is connected by means of detachable connections, while an annular groove is made in the end face of the housing on the side of the lid, in which an annular seal is installed.
EFFECT: decrease in the temperature of the device elements during fatigue testing of pipelines, a smaller change in the rigidity of the device elements under conditions of fatigue testing of pipelines at high temperatures, simplification of testing.
