SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a session administration method executed by a session administration function (SMF) unit. Method comprises: generating a PDU session for user equipment (UE); receiving, from access control and mobility management (AMF) function, information on UE and determining, based on said information, whether to transmit an indication for notifying the user plane function (UPF) node to discard the downlink data for the UE PDU session, wherein the determination depends on whether the PDU session corresponds to the first service provided for the UE.
