Said technical result is achieved by receiving radio resource control (RRC) message in user equipment (UE) based on quality of service (QoS) information in a session for transmitting new downlink data and at least one already established bearer radio link and activating a session-corresponding connection.

EFFECT: technical result is reduction of required signalling for establishment of tunnel, allowing to activate specific session from number of multiple existing sessions.
