SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of managing session in user equipment (UE). Sending, in a service request message, at a non-access level (NAS) level information indicating at least one protocol unit (PDU) session identifier (ID), each PDU session ID indicating one of the multiple PDU sessions that the UE is using to the mobility management node through the access network node (AN) when the UE has user data for transmission, wherein information indicating said at least one session ID of PDU indicates at least one session to be activated.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of required signalling for establishment of tunnel, allowing to activate specific session from number of numerous existing sessions.
