FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a molecular sieve Cu-SAPO with coexisting crystalline phases CHA and GME, a synthesis process thereof and use thereof in a denitrification reaction. XRD diffraction pattern of molecular sieve Cu-SAPO has coexisting wide peaks and narrow peaks. This synthesized molecular sieve can be used as a catalyst for selective NOx reduction. Molecular sieve synthesis method comprises the steps of: a) mixing the copper source, deionised water, the assembly agents according to the R1 and R2 pattern, the silicon source, the aluminium source and the phosphorus source in such a proportion to obtain an initial gel mixture having the following molar ratios: Cu/Al2O3=0.01-0.25; SiO2/Al2O3=0.05-2.0; P2O5/Al2O3=0.5-1.5; H2O/Al2O3=8-40; R1/Al2O3=5-20; R2/Al2O3=0.1-1.5; where R1 is diisopropanolamine (DIPA) or diethanolamine (DEOA); R2 is any of trimethylamine (TMA), benzyltrimethylammonium chloride (BTACl), benzyltrimethylammonium hydroxide (BTAOH) or mixture thereof; b) feeding an initial gel mixture obtained at step a) into a high-pressure synthesis reactor, closing the reactor, heating to 160–220 °C and performing crystallisation for 5–72 hours; and c) after completion of solid product separation, washing and drying to obtain a molecular sieve.
EFFECT: novel zeolite exhibits excellent denitrifying catalytic activity and has potential application value.
