FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in chemical industry. Disclosed is a molecular sieve SCM-34, containing aluminium, phosphorus, oxygen and optionally silicon and having a schematic chemical composition in accordance with the formula Al2O3:xSiO2:yP2O, where 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5, 0.75 ≤ y ≤ 1.5. In X-ray diffraction XRD data of molecular sieve angle 2Θ strongest peak in range of 5–50° is 7.59 ± 0.2. Also disclosed is a method of preparing a molecular sieve SCM-34, a molecular sieve composition, use of a molecular sieve, method of preparing a metal-containing molecular sieve of AFI type, a method of preparing a SAPO-17 molecular sieve, using a SAPO-17 molecular sieve.
EFFECT: group of inventions enables to obtain a SAPO-17 molecular sieve having higher selectivity coefficients of ethylene/propylene in the reaction of converting synthesis gas into a hydrocarbon.
