FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing a composite material of "Ti-Nb-Ta-Zr polyglycolide lactide with an administered drug" for cava filters used in endovascular prevention of pulmonary artery thromboembolia, and can be used in medicine. Disclosed method involves dissolving the polymer in chloroform, adding a drug, dipping the TiNbTaZr alloy wire into the obtained solution and drying coating for 2 days in air at 37 °C in thermostat and is characterized by that poly(glycolide-D,L-lactide) is used for dissolution with ratio of 30/70 molecular weight from 45 to 180 kDa in amount of 2 to 10 g per 200 ml of chloroform, as a medicinal agent used is purolase or streptokinase with concentration of 1 to 5 wt%.
EFFECT: novel efficient method of producing composite material based on TiNbTaZr wire with a surface polymer layer containing a drug for cava filters used in endovascular prevention of pulmonary artery thromboembolia.
