SUBSTANCE: bone filler composition is described comprising a mixture of a curable bone filler based on calcium phosphate, which is formed from a liquid component and a powder component based on calcium phosphate, and a composition comprising particulate bisphosphonate. Bisphosphonate particles are introduced into particles of polymeric material, which dissolves after composition implantation.
EFFECT: improved mechanical properties of bone filler composition.
