FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to complex food additive production technology. Method for production of complex food additive consists in the fact, that crystal mass of erythrite, which has passed magnetic separation, is loaded into mixer in amount of 68.5 to 99.4 %, then one introduces into mass 0.1–0.4 parts by weight distilled water, added to the obtained moist mass a mixture of powdered intense sweeteners represented by sucralose and rebaudioside A 98 %, in amount of 0.5–30.0 % and 0.1–1.5 % respectively of erythrite mass. Then one performs simultaneous stirring and drying of the product with infrared radiation to temperature of 60–70 °C for 5–15 minutes.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an end product of high quality and reduces production costs.
