FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The sweeteners delivery system for the sweetener composition contains a composition of rebaudioside A. The said delivery system is produced by way of a sugar or polyol based sweetener composition cocrystallisation, the sweetener composition agglomeration, combined drying of the sweetener composition or production of a cyclodextrin complex and the sweetener composition. The rebaudioside A composition contains rebaudioside A and other steviosides. The rebaudioside A composition purity is equal to nearly 80% - 99.5% of rebaudioside A in terms of dry substance weight. Rebaudioside A contains a water-free polymorphous form of rebaudioside A, a solvated polymorphous form of rebaudioside A, amorphous rebaudioside A or their combination.

EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture sweetener composition delivery systems with improved dissolution rate characteristics; the compositions are also characterised by enhanced stability under moisture conditions in case of production by way of combined drying.
