SUBSTANCE: mobile mine winch includes an automotive carrier with an automotive drive, which has an internal combustion engine, a rigid main frame and a rotary platform, which is installed via rotary joint on main frame. On the rotary platform there is a drum winch with a rope drum driven by a winch drive for winding and winding of the lifting rope. Winch drive contains only one electric motor, control system is made for selective operation of electric motor from electric mains or from electric generator, internal combustion engine drives the generator, and the generator and the internal combustion engine are located on the carrier vehicle.

EFFECT: invention provides creation of mobile mine winch, which requires smaller structural space, has lower weight and has simple design.
