FIELD: pipeline fittings.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for manual control of actuator and is used as manual drive for shutoff and shutoff-control pipeline valves. Device for manual control of actuator comprises housing, shaft, flywheel for shaft rotation and limiter of axial movement of shaft. Manual control device is made with possibility of kinematic connection and disconnection with actuator at axial movement of device shaft, and on the device shaft a compression spring is installed, which is installed with possibility of compression during axial movement of the device shaft towards the actuator. Limiter of axial movement of shaft includes locking element fixedly installed on shaft of device, and bushing equipped with pockets for placement in said pockets of locking element in working position of manual control device. Bushing is coaxially installed on the shaft of the device and is equipped with driving hole. Pockets are made in drive bore of the bushing. Locking element is located inside driving hole with possibility of locking member movement within driving hole. On the device shaft between the spring and the bushing frictional disks are coaxially installed, one of which is fixedly connected to the bushing, and the other friction disk is rigidly connected to the housing, wherein friction discs are installed with possibility of engagement and disengagement between each other.

EFFECT: technical result is improved convenience of manual control device by excluding axial force on operator during operation with device, regardless of load on output link of actuator, as well as due to guaranteed transfer of device into switched position.
