In chemical formula 1, Z is cyano(-CN) or -CF3; X is -NRa- or -O-, where Ra is hydrogen or straight or branched C1-C10 alkyl. Values of radical R1 and ring A are such as given in the claim. Also disclosed is a method of producing a compound of formula 1 and pharmaceutical compositions.
EFFECT: technical result: disclosed is a novel organic compound represented by chemical formula 1, having inhibitory activity on various protein kinases, including DYRK1A, and which can be used for treating or preventing degenerative cerebral disease.
