FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry, namely, to devices for oil production, and can be used at operation of pumping equipment for cleaning fluids from mechanical impurities at their supply to underground wells. Hydrocyclone liquid cleaning device comprises a housing with an inlet tangential channel and an axially installed in its upper part a liquid discharge branch pipe, on the lower part of which there is a concentrically arranged separating unit in the form of a hollow auger with screw channels, under which there is a tubular vortex chamber with tangential channels made therein, communicating with the plugged sump covering the tubular vortex chamber. Direction of screw channels of the hollow screw is aligned with the direction of the inlet tangential channel. Input tangential channel is arranged at an angle to housing axis, which is equal to lifting angle of screw line of hollow screw with screw channels, area of its passage section is 1.0…1.2 minimum passage area of screw channels of hollow screw. In the tubular vortex chamber, an impeller with diametrically located segment valves of different mass, which can displace tangential channels made in the tubular vortex chamber and communicate with the plugged settler, is freely rotatable about its axis. Tubular vortex chamber is connected to the housing via resilient elastic element.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of cleaning fluid from mechanical impurities.
