FIELD: waste processing and disposal.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid municipal wastes processing. Robotic system includes a computer vision system (1) with a digital camera and computer (3) with software based on a convolutional neural network, belt conveyor (4), robot (8) with gripping and movement system. Optical sensor unit (2) is installed above the conveyor belt behind the object recognition area by the digital camera and includes radiators and recording cameras and an automated control system (5). Central server (6) of the automated control system is connected via a local communication line to a computer of the system of machine vision, a synchronization module, a robot controller, a sensor for measuring speed of movement of the conveyor belt. Synchronization module (7) of the automated control system is connected via a local communication line to the camera of the machine vision system, the optical sensor unit and the central server. Computer of the machine vision system is connected via a local communication line to a digital camera, a unit of optical sensors, a central server of an automated control system.
EFFECT: increased speed and quality of fractions of solid municipal wastes.
