FIELD: heat supply.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of heat supply, namely to automatic pressure maintenance devices (APMD) with filling function, and can be used in closed heat exchange systems, in particular heating, ventilation etc. Installation has expansion tank (2) for heat carrier equipped with level sensor (8), and a controller for controlling the installation elements taking into account the readings of the sensors. Also, there is a supply line (I) for supply of heat carrier from the expansion tank into the heat exchange system at pressure drop in it. On the supply line there are at least two pumps (1), pressure sensor (10) and valve (6) for switching modes. Plant also has a return line (II) for supply of heat carrier from the heat exchange system to the expansion tank at increase of pressure in it. On return line there installed is electromagnetic valve (4), balancing valve (3) and safety valve (20). Plant also has filling line (III) for supply of heat carrier from heat network to supply line (I) and then to heat exchange system. Filling line is connected to mode switching valve (6). In addition, the plant is provided with a make-up (IV) line for supply of heat carrier from the heat network to the expansion tank at a low level in the tank. Make-up line connects the filling line and the return line, and electromagnetic valve (5) is installed on it. Installation also has bypass line (V) for emergency discharge of heat carrier into tank (2) at filling of heat exchange system. Bypass line connects supply line (I) and return line (II), and there is bypass valve (9), which is non-volatile from plant controller.

EFFECT: control of filling process, increase of filling safety, reduction of overall dimensions of installation due to location of bypass line, excluding the possibility of the pumps operation on the closed gate valve and provision of the pumping equipment maximum performance in the primary system filling mode.
