SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing propylene-based polymers with high content of comonomer. Described is a method of producing a propylene-based polymer in a fluidised bed reactor. Reactor comprises fluidised bed containing particles of product, which is polymer, and catalyst, wherein the method is characterized by a set of quantitative criteria with respect to the maximum partial pressure of the monomer, the maximum temperature of the reactor and the value of the content of the comonomer in the propylene-based polymer. Propylene-based polymer can be EBPT or BPRCP. Catalyst includes a catalyst/donor system containing a Ziegler—Natta procatalyst on a substrate, a cocatalyst and a mixed external electron donor system, including an activity limitation agent comprising at least one functional group of a carboxylate ester, and a selectivity control apparatus.
EFFECT: method provides operation of reactor at higher pressure and higher partial pressure of propylene with achieving high efficiency of reactor at high efficiency of catalyst.
