FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing an impact-resistant copolymer based on propylene. Method involves feeding a propylene monomer into the first reactor and optionally one or more first comonomers and a catalytic mixture. Propylene monomer is then brought into contact with the catalyst mixture under first polymerisation conditions to form an active propylene-based polymer. Then part of content from the first reactor is transferred to the second reactor. In addition, the second reactor is supplied with means of limiting activity and means of regulating selectivity and optionally additionally a cocatalyst and one or more second comonomers. Second reactor is maintained at the temperature of the second reactor in the range which is sufficient to ensure copolymerisation with formation of an impact resistant propylene-based copolymer. Second reactor temperature does not exceed 68 °C.
EFFECT: technical result is low stickiness and high fluidity of the propylene based copolymer with high content of rubber material in the end product (Fc).
