SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering, particularly to methods and technical means of measuring distance between technical objects of mobile technical objects and their location. System for decentralized measurement of time intervals for signal transfer between mobile objects and determination of their location, characterized by that in first group 1O ordered by i ≥ 0 objects 1Oi and in second group 2O-ordered objects 2Oj each object 1Oi has source U1 of signal S sent to objects lO, receiver U2 of said signal and indicator U3 for signal reception completion S, has sources U4 of signals Sj sent to objects 2Oj respectively, has receivers U5 of signals *Sj, sent by objects 2Oj respectively, has control unit U6 with outputs L1, L4, L6, inputs L2, L3, L5, L7, comprising means for counting the time interval between sending signal Sj and receiving signal *Sj, in which each object 2Oj has signal receiver U7Sj and transmitter U8 of signal *Sj.
EFFECT: technical result is the development of a method and system for determining the position of mobile technical objects of one group, equipped with computer equipment relative to the position of objects of the second group.
