FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is intended for discharging pipeline section during its repair, in particular discharging the section containing gas transfer unit including when repairing the latter, and discharging this section at any planned shutdown of the gas transfer unit, according to the currently known operation technology, discharge of gas from the gas transfer unit to the atmosphere is envisaged. System for pumping gas from the gas transfer compressor of the gas-turbine engine 5 includes a compressor, an ejector 14, which suction is connected to disconnected section of inlet 6 of pipeline before the compressor, from which gas is limited by the shut-off valves 7, 9 and discharged. The input of the ejector 14 is connected to the outlet pipe 8 behind the disconnected section. The ejector 14 inlet is connected to outlet line 6 behind the shut-off section. Method for gas pumping from compressor of the gas transfer unit 5 includes shutdown of the compressor, closure of sections of inlet and outlet pipelines 6, 8 connected to compressor by means of shut-off valves 7, 9, opening of valves 17, 16, 15 of the inlet, outlet and suction of the ejector 14, supply gas from the compressor to the suction of the ejector 14 from the disconnected section of the inlet pipe 6 before the compressor, ejection in the ejector 14 of gas from the compressor with the active gas from the outlet pipe 8 before the disconnected section and pumping it into the inlet pipe 6 before the disconnected section.
EFFECT: possibility for using the system for pumping gas from the compressor in both multi-line and single-line main pipelines, including the gas compressor unit.
