FIELD: pipeline industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pipeline transportation of gas and is intended for emptying the pipework of the pig launcher (PL) after the launch of cleaning and diagnostic in-line devices, in which the currently existing technology of work provides for the release of gas from the PL into the atmosphere. The technical problem of the claimed technical solution is to create a method for pumping gas from the pipework of the pig launcher and a device for its implementation. The result in the method for pumping gas from the pipework of the pig launcher, including the overlap of the pipework of the pig launcher by means of shut-off valves, is achieved by the fact that after the closure of the pipework of the pig launcher, the ejector suction is connected to the bypass line of the pig launcher, the ejector inlet is connected to the bypass line of the compressor shop output flowline, and the ejector outlet is connected to the bypass line of the shut-off valve from the side of the compressor shop input flowline, next, the valves of the inlet, outlet and suction of the ejector are opened, thereby directing gas from the pipework of the pig launcher to the ejector suction for ejecting active gas and further directing to the inlet flowline of the compressor shop. The expected result in the device for pumping gas from the pipework of the pig launcher containing an ejector is achieved by the fact that the ejector suction is the input for connection to the bypass line of the pig launcher, the ejector input is the input for connection to the bypass line of the compressor shop output flowline, and the ejector output is the output for connection to the bypass line shut-off valve on the side of the inlet flowline of the compressor shop.
EFFECT: ensure the pumping of gas from the pipeline strapping of the cleaning device launch chamber.
