FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the main gas transport and is intended for emptying the piping arrangement of the compressor of the gas-pumping unit at any shutdown of the gas-pumping unit, in which the currently existing work processes provide for the release of gas from the piping of the compressor of the gas-pumping unit into the atmosphere. The objective of the present invention is to create a system and method for pumping gas from the piping arrangement of the compressors of the gas-pumping units of the compressor shop of the main pipeline without changing the traditional algorithms for the operation of gas-pumping units and compressor shops in general and without installing complex and non-standard technical devices. The technical result coincides with the set objective and is achieved due to the fact that the system for pumping gas from the piping arrangement of the compressors of gas pumping units, containing a group of at least two parallel gas pumping units, one of which is shutdown, and each of which consists of a compressor and a drive motor, piping arrangement of the compressor with shut-off and control pipeline valves, pipelines and shut-off valves of the fuel gas system, gas from the closed loop of the compressor of the shutdown gas pumping unit is pumped out and used as fuel for the operation of a gas turbine engine operating in parallel located gas pumping unit due to the additional installation of a bridging pipeline with a shutoff a device and a gas pressure regulator valve between the shop pipeline of the fuel gas system of the compressor station and the piping arrangement of the compressor of the shutdown gas pumping unit.
EFFECT: creating a system and method for pumping gas from the piping arrangement of the compressors of the gas-pumping units of the compressor shop of the main pipeline without changing the traditional algorithms for the operation of gas-pumping units and compressor shops in general and without installing complex and non-standard technical devices.
