FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in making and repairing various structures with threaded joints. Prior to filling the thread with solder, 0.1-0.25 mm-wide capillary channel 3 is made in parts 1 and 2 to be jointed together that crosses threads of jointed parts. Joint thread is soldered in vacuum to allow molten solder 7 to flow in capillary channel to threads. Said capillary channel is made in each part or one of parts part to be jointed, either prior to or after filling the thread with solder. To eliminate dry joints, capillary channel is made in soldered joint to cross threads and soldering is made again.
EFFECT: higher quality and tightness of threaded permanent joint.
