FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas industry and can be used in operation of gas-compressor plant of type GPA-C-25SD/100-1.35M (hereinafter referred to as CP) driven by gas turbine engine (hereinafter – TE) DU80L1 or DN80L1. During GTE DU80L1 or DN80L1 operation in GCP at negative ambient air temperatures there were failures of actuators (hereinafter – A) of pneumatic control system of inlet guiding device (hereinafter – GD) as a result of formation and freezing of condensate in cavity of pneumatic cylinders. Invention objective is improvement of GTE DU80L1 and DN80L1 operation reliability as a part of GCP due to exception of emergency stops arising due to failure of IGV air control system. Set task is solved, technical result is achieved by supplying hot air into pre-fabricated and installed insulating casings on the main and auxiliary pneumatic cylinders, thereby creating its own microclimate in the cavity between pneumatic cylinders and their insulating jackets.

EFFECT: possibility of GCP operation with GTE DU80L1 or DN80L1 at negative ambient temperatures without changing engine cooling structure, thus avoiding failures related to condensate freezing in pneumatic cylinders of IGV control system.
