FIELD: radio engineering; electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of constructing planar transformers for power supply sources of radio equipment and can be used for construction of voltage converters in power supply sources. Performing primary and secondary windings of transformer in form of printing tracks on two multilayer printed-circuit boards, one of windings is made on mother printed-circuit board, the second printed-circuit board is placed with another winding on mother printed-circuit board so that windings are located one above another. Holes for E-shaped ferrite core are made on both boards so that mother board and second printed-circuit board can be placed between halves of ferrite core. Note here that halves of ferrite core are connected by gluing or clamping. In case of creation of transformer with low output current, primary winding is divided into two parts, wherein first part of primary winding is made on motherboard, second part of primary winding is on third printed circuit board, and the secondary winding is on the second printed circuit board, the second printed circuit board is installed between the mother board and the third printed circuit board, outputs of the primary winding parts on the motherboard and the third printed circuit boards are connected in series by means of jumpers, performing connection of secondary winding outputs on the second printed-circuit board to the mother board by means of jumpers, insulating heat-conducting gaskets are laid between the printed-circuit boards. In case of creation of transformer with high output current, the secondary winding is divided into two parts, the first part of the secondary winding is made on the mother board, the second part of the secondary winding is on the third printed circuit board, and the primary winding is on the second printed circuit board, the second printed circuit board is installed between the mother board and the third printed circuit board, outputs of the secondary winding parts on the motherboard and the third printed circuit boards are connected in series by means of jumpers, connecting outputs of primary winding on second printed circuit board to mother board by means of jumpers, insulating heat-conducting gaskets are laid between printed-circuit boards.
EFFECT: potential reduction of the value of transformer winding scattering inductance.
