FIELD: fodders.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to fodder additive for lactating cows. Additive contains propylene glycol, betulin, food alcohols - Tween-80, citric acid, emulsifying agent stabilizer Agar, water-retaining preparation glycerine, amorphizer - sodium chloride and bidistilled water. To produce fodder additive for lactating cows, static mixer is used for simultaneous, accurate and controlled supply of disperse and dispersed phases, mixing of components in controlled isothermal conditions in temperature range from 80 to 150 degrees Celsius. Conducting the process in the cavitation chamber of the static mixer enables to obtain a fodder additive for lactating cows in the form of a suspension of finely dispersed particles of betulin with particle size of less than 1 mcm.
EFFECT: use of the declared invention as a fodder additive for feeding to lactating cows enables to reduce concentration of somatic cells in milk with simultaneous increase of milk protein capacity and milk suitability for cheese.
