SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to cosmetology. Method of cosmetic effect on facial keratin material in the eyebrows and/or lashes of a human includes applying a topical agent on face keratin material, exposure of the applied agent for a given time with remote heating of face keratin material and applied agent in the temperature range of 33–38.5 °C by means of device, which includes housing, in which there is a heater comprising a heating element and configured to provide remote heating of keratinous face material, a shape of the inner surface of the body defines a thermal action area on the keratin material in range of 10–100 mm, width of the inner surface of the body and/or heater is within range of 5–80 mm, removal of the applied agent from face keratin material. Also disclosed is a device for cosmetic effect on keratin material of face in the area of eyelashes and/or eyebrows.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides simplifying the procedure for cosmetic effect on facial keratin material and reducing the time required for the procedure to achieve the given effect.
