SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to skin care devices suitable for use on human face and body, and to various methods of using them. Skin care device configured to treat a user's skin comprises a main body having a first side having a first surface, a second side which is substantially opposite to the first side and has a second surface, and an intermediate portion extending from the first side to the second side and having a third surface, wherein the first side and the intermediate part together define a groove passing in the direction of the second side, the second surface defines a set of ledges, the third surface contains silicone. Device also comprises a light source located in the main body and configured to emit light to treat said skin, wherein light source is configured to emit light near first side, light source comprises LED-lamp; a motor disposed in the main body and configured to generate pulsations of said skin care device; temperature control unit located in main housing, wherein the temperature control unit is configured to generate heat for processing said skin and to transfer heat to the first side; detachable fixing mechanism configured to be inserted into the slot, wherein the detachable fixing mechanism comprises a plastic and is substantially transparent; and a user control element located on the intermediate part, wherein the user control element is configured to control the light source, the motor and the temperature control unit.

EFFECT: skin care device provides thermal, cold, light and/or vibration therapy of user's skin.
