SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to an immunostimulating composition containing a melanin macromolecule which is in a complex with an antigen, where melanin is eumelanin or phaeomelanin. Group of inventions also relates to the use of melanin or a melanin precursor for producing an immunostimulating composition, intended for calling a cellular and/or humoral immune response against an antigen when introduced into a host; method of producing said immunostimulating composition.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides formation of specific cellular and humoral immune response.
