SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation using energy-saving technologies. Supply and exhaust ventilation device, equipped with exhaust air heat and recuperator, at that, the device is additionally equipped with an expansion chamber installed at the inlet air outlet from the device into the ventilated room and reducing the supply air velocity (damping) to the values excluding aerodynamic noise, at that, through the expansion chamber, additional air passages with exhaust air flowing through them, further heating the supply air before entering the room, and additional channels simultaneously perform noise suppression functions.

EFFECT: this allows to increase the device usage comfort by reducing the noise level created during operation.
