FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Invention is a method of producing rooted stock material VSL-2 in vitro, comprising cutting and seeding of one-stem grafts on agarised nutrient medium containing macro- and microelements and vitamins based on Murashige and Skoog nutrient medium recipe, Fe-chelate, agar-agar, saccharose, after which sprouts are transplanted into a medium with high concentration of salts required for stimulation of root formation of plants, which are systematised, depending on chemical properties, into separate mother solutions (Chelate-Fe 20 mg/l, KNO3 2000 and CaCl2 - 1500 mg/l), where large-size shoots are used for rooting, and smaller ones are transplanted for reproduction (content 6 Bap 2.0 mg/l).
EFFECT: when using the described method, the output of the VSL-2 root material in vitro is 85–90 % average.
